Comments: I asked the person who answered my call for help as I needed metallic vinyl that looked like old style gold leaf. I explained that it was shiny mirror looking gold. She assured me that the Gold Metallic Oracal 651 was what I was looking for. My deadline was 6 days away. I received this vinyl and not even close to what I required. I now have $100.00 invested in vinyl that I have no idea what I'll ever use it for. My review for the product is good, I'm sure it is as I've used Oracle before, my review for the customer service is not so good, poor understanding of the products and poor communication. I was pretty explicit regarding my needs.
