We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Vinyl Roll or Sheet Sizing
We do not guarantee our cuts to be exact. If you are ordering vinyl to cover a product of your choice, please allow a little extra footage so you will be able to trim to your specs. Rolls and sheets could be up to 1/4" short. Please consider this shortage tolerance when ordering.

We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Sorry but we no longer accept Checks. (No Exceptions)
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Equipment purchased with credit cards may only be shipped to the authorized billing address of the cardholder. Online purchases are processed through a secure server for maximum protection of our customers' privacy.
C.O.D. shipping is no longer available.
Debit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover debit cards. Equipment purchases made on debit cards may be delayed due to the transactional or daily limits to which most debit cards are restricted.
Paypal: H & H Sign Supply accepts PayPal for any online purchases. There is no additional charge for this service. Paypal will only be accepted through our website. We do not offer payment using Paypal for phone orders. Orders/payment sent with an invoice through Paypal will not be accepted. Customers wishing to use Paypal as a payment method must complete the order on our website.
Net 30 Accounts
Net Term Accounts are only offered to government agencies or schools. Subject to approval. If you would like to pay by Net Terms, please call 866-443-7140.
My order has not shipped but I still see a charge?
When your order is placed, we will authorize your credit card. An authorization is a temporary hold on the funds. This does not mean we have your money, it guarantees us you have the funds available if we process your order and then capture that authorization.
When paying with a Credit Card or Debit/Check Card, your bank will automatically place a "HOLD" on the account linked to your card for the authorized order amount. When we ship your order we then "CAPTURE" the authorization +/- any changes you may have made to the order and thus have the funds transferred to our account.
Even if you change your method of payment, due to banking regulations, the original "AUTHORIZED AMOUNT" may still be held for 7-10 business. Once the authorization has been made by your bank, we will not be able to reverse the authorized amount/hold as it is not us that is holding the funds but instead your bank is holding them.
Understand, we are not charging until we ship. We do not have the funds until we CAPTURE the authorization. AUTHORIZED HOLDS generally disappear if not captured within 7-10 days; this includes canceled orders or unshipped orders.
Credit cards have always behaved like this and most card holders never needed to know. With the advent of online banking, card holders are able to see transactions as they occur and although it may seem confusing it should be nothing to be alarmed of. All that is really going on is the bank is making sure the card has the funds to cover any transactions the card holder has made without going over the pre-set spending limit.

Refunds and out of stock items: In the event we do not have the inventory to fill your order, we will first contact you by phone and if there is no response we will send an email. Once we confirm you are okay with a refund/replacement we will get the order processed to be shipped. If a refund is given it could take 7-14 business days before you see that refund post back to your payment method.
H & H Sign Supply reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier.
You will see this option on the shipping page during checkout. This option allows our customers to pay an additional handling fee to give their order a boost in priority handling so that the order is printed, pulled, and shipped faster than other orders.
UPS GROUND UPGRADE
Upgrade the shipping charge you selected to UPS Ground for only $5.99. This option is most beneficial for Flat Rate Shipping and Free Shipping orders. When you select Flat Rate Shipping or get Free Shipping, we select the shipping carrier. (We ship only UPS Ground, UPS SurePost and USPS). By paying $5.99 for the UPS Ground Upgrade, we guarantee your package will ship UPS Ground. Please note, if your order contains drop shipped items from another facility, and pay for UPS Upgrade, we cannot guarantee the items will ship UPS Ground. Many times the drop shipper will select the shipping carrier, however it is likely to ship UPS Ground or FedEx, not USPS.
ADDING TO AN ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED.
We cannot add to the amount you purchased online. We cannot take additional payment for additional items to be added to an order. We can cancel the original order as long as the order has not been processed. Once we cancel the order you can then place a new order with the addition included on the order. Please note that if you cancel an order it may take a few days to see the refund on your payment method.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY NOTICE
Customers will receive Free Ground shipping for online orders of $49.99 or above. This offer applies to Continental US customers only. *H & H Sign Supply reserves the right to change or modify this program at any time without prior notification.
Free shipping not offered for Alaska, Hawaii or International orders. Free shipping for online orders only. Free shipping offer does not apply to drop-ship items, special order items, some large or heavy items that have to be shipped in a box by itself, 24" and larger vinyl cutters or printers and some backorder items. Shipping charges will be added for these excluded items when the order is processed. Your completion of the order indicates your agreement to accept these shipping charges. Orders receiving free shipping are not guaranteed to ship the same day. H & H Sign Supply reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier. Your package will ship either UPS, FedEx or USPS. If the customer returns an item that originally qualified for free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount along with any restocking fees. Other special restrictions may apply.
SAME DAY SHIPPING
Same day shipping is available until 1:00 PM EST Time on Tuesday thru Friday (This is not a Guarantee). Monday is our busiest day due to all the orders from the weekend, a cut-off time does not apply on Monday. If you need your order to ship on Monday we encourage you to select the Rush Processing option at checkout.

H & H Sign Supply makes every effort to process and ship all orders the day they are placed. During special sales, because of the volume of packages that have to go out, orders may require an extra day or two for packing & shipping. In the event a credit card is declined or an item thought to be in stock is back ordered or unavailable, we will attempt to contact you that day to notify you of problems and options. If we cannot notify you that day, your order may be delayed until we are able to contact you. If an item is not in stock, and we are unable to reach you, the remainder of the order will be shipped with a note on the picking ticket identifying the back ordered item.
All FDC vinyl smaller than 15" width is special cut and cannot be cancelled & will take an extra day for delivery.
We do offer a pick up option on our website for our local customers. When selecting this option please note that orders placed in the morning are generally ready for pick-up in the afternoon. Orders placed in the afternoon are generally ready for pick-up the following day. Please place pick-up orders online or call your order in. Orders are filled to order.
We now have a showroom/retail store open Monday-Friday 9:00-4:00 and on select Saturdays from 9:00-2:00. Saturday hours are posted on the website or you may call. In our retail store we offer a large selection of vinyl and HTV and all items are sold in the sheet. If you would like to purchase rolls you will be asked to wait for your order to be filled.
UPS has an on time delivery ratio of 99%. We try to be as prompt and give you the best approximate shipping time when asked, however we are not responsible for UPS weather delays or any other unforeseen shipping delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.
As of March 27th 2008 we do not ship International, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or outside of the 50 US States. We may add this option at a later date. Supplies shipped abroad are shipped F.O.B. Sturgis and may be subject to additional shipping charges, customs fees, duties or tariffs. All such charges are the customer's responsibility. For the purposes of international shipping, software products are considered as supplies.
RETURN POLICY: SUPPLIES
Equipment is non-returnable. Supplies may be returned within 7 days of purchase. These returns will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Drop shipped supplies are non-returnable. All FDC & 3M products are drop shipped and are non returnable items. All items that say "This item is not eligible towards free shipping" when added to the shopping cart are drop shipped. In the event that a shipping error is made by our staff, unwanted supplies may be returned at our expense, possibly through the issuance of a call tag. All such returns must be pre-approved and must be accompanied by an RMA number. Items returned without preauthorization, or shipped without a visible RMA number on the outer packaging will not be accepted. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days after that the RMA will be voided.
ALL Drop Shipped items are non-returnable.
Customers who order supplies by mistake or purchases supplies that remain unopened and unused may return them for credit subject to prior approval. Such returns must be accompanied by an RMA number, as indicated above. Unused supplies that have been in customer's possession for more than 7 days may not be eligible.
In the event a package is lost, not delivered or damaged H & H Sign Supply should be notified immediately. A claim with the shipping company will be filed by H & H Sign Supply 15 days after ship date. No refunds will be given and no merchandise will be sent for replacement until a claim with the shipping company is filed and a full investigation is completed. If the package is not located, a refund or replacement will be given at that time. If we are not notified within 7 days of the shippers delivered date, customer's order will be considered complete and no refunds or claims will be filed or given.
Transfer tape rolls are non-returnable once they have been used. We cannot accept tape rolls back because they cannot be resold once they are used. If a customer just "doesn't like" the tape we cannot accept it back. If a customer believes the tape is defective we will receive it back to be sent to the manufacturer for testing. A refund for a "defective" tape will not be given until the manufacturer does the testing and rules it defective.
In the event an item is damaged or misplaced a refund for shipping charges will not be given. Buyer assumes risk for results obtained during shipping of goods and agrees refunds for shipping charges will not be given. Shipping cost is final.
All sales on rolls less than 10 yards in length are final.
All sales on custom slit rolls are final.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive your order and an item is missing or damaged we must be notified right away. If we are not notified within 7 days of the shippers delivered date, customer's order will be considered complete and no refunds or claim will be filed or give.
Equipment and software is non-returnable. In the event you feel you have a product that is defective or not performing the way it should, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue with questions and options. Refunds for defective equipment will only be given if the manufacturer deems the item defective. It is very likely we will request the item back and have it tested either in our facility or with the manufacturer. The return of equipment will only be allowed if the manufacturer believes the equipment is defective. A refund or replacement for the item may be given upon arrival back to H & H or after the testing is complete. Please note: only refunds/replacement for the item will be given. Refunds for shipping charges or other damages occurring while using the said item will NOT be given.
RETURN POLICY: EQUIPMENT and SOFTWARE
All Equipment, Software and clip art collections can not be returned.
Clipart or other software may not be returned because each package is registered to the user's computer.
