She was very pleasant and easy to talk to and explained the issue to me. I agreed on a correction and received my order on time. Comments: I needed vinyl, did some searching and came up to check out this GT5 I read about. Other review seemed positive yet I hesitated. Why? I was torn with trying something new or starting with what I know. Limited budget as a new business and yet I didn't want to end up with lesser quality vinyl that I can't use or wouldn't hold up. I'm very happy to have given the GT5 a try and am won over. Many colors match my existing pieces with the Oracal, you can't tell the difference! Good adhesion, easy to work with, cuts great. Plus I saved money. If you are in doubt or on the fence, the the plunge. You'll be happy with the GT5 and so will your pocket book.
