Comments: One of the items I ordered (a sample to run a test prior to placing a larger order) was temporarily out of stock. A person from H&H Sign Supply called me directly to explain. I was provided a date (a few days later) when the item would be restocked and given the option either to wait, or substitute an alternate product that was immediately available (and thus receive my entire order sooner). I decided to wait and received an email at the specified time informing me that my order had shipped, together with tracking details. It arrived on time and with all of the correct items in perfect condition. So a smooth transaction, thanks to excellent communications. Also, I find the H&H website is well designed and makes it easy to find everything I need. It doesn't hurt their prices are good too :-)

Comments: This is by far the best material I have used. I have made some extremely detailed decal prints with it. It also sticks great. Initially, I had used two other brands of similar material, and they were awful in comparison. I will use Oracal 651 for life.
