* In addition to the Printer Health Check, we offer authorized services at discounted rates of $100.00/hour, which is lower than our regular rate of $125/hour during the scheduled visit. The cost of maintenance parts may vary depending on your machine model. To get a specific quote for your model, please contact us at 866-443-7140. If our technicians recommend replacing any service parts, we will need your authorization and payment confirmation before proceeding. The discounted service rates are only valid for the work done during the scheduled visit. Any authorized parts will be charged separately. For destinations more than 100 miles away (round trip) from our Sturgis, KY location, we will charge an additional travel fee of $0.75 per mile.
