Comments: Glow is fantastic. The luminescence from this vinyl is among the best I've used. Easy to cut and use in my cameo 4. Makes killer small projects.

Comments: Okay, so maybe I am spoiled when it comes to luminous film. The Oralux is not bad but I am use to the look of 3M's 6900 film. The 9300 isn't as bright, doesn't "charge" as quickly and doesn't last no where as long at the 6900. However, the Oralux is pretty much half of the price as the 3M. I don't know, I guess it depends on what you are trying to do with it. If it's 'emergency' work though, I would go for the 3M version. P.s. It does work quite well under UV (black) light.
