Comments: I do like the quality of the product and pricing overall. However, there have been many times where I place an order and then I get a call stating that the color is not in stock that it will arrive in a few days and it is always more than a few days. If when they call you and tell you to put an item on back order they will call you when it gets in, they never call. I am seriously concerned about their ability to keep colors in stock and available when ordered. I will say orders do arrive fast and secure when it is in stock which is great. But the availability makes me waste time having to always get a call letting me know that they are out of stock. Having to wait for the credit and then having to order from my alternate source.

Comments: I like the product, I like the company. I ordered online to replace some material that I was running short on, no rush. I got a call that it was going to be a few days before the order would arrive, but it still arrived very quickly. I will continue to order from H&H.
