Comments: Oracal 651 is one of the best all around adhesive vinyls you can buy. It works great for professional level work when doing decals on vehicles, windows, doors, real estate type signs and no parking type signs. Its also a great vinyl for the crafter as it adheres to wood, small glass and plastic plates and tumblers. As long as you clean whatever the substrate is, this stuff is going to grab it and stay and it holds up to Missouri weather beautifully!
